Due to the belief that skills and knowledge could be enriched through sharing and discussions, Jopie entertains requests to share his thoughts/ideas in many ways. For instance as an industry expert, advisor, facilitator, instructor, business talk show, etc. 

In addition, Jopie is the author of several widely accepted books.

Currently, Jopie works for Bank Mega as the Consumer Loan Division Head, Retail Banking Group. His responsibilities are to lead the business growth & quality of consumer loan, such as product management, business alliances, credit approval, loan quality assurance, etc.

Before joining Bank Mega, from September 1989 - March 2003, Jopie worked for Bank Bali (since February 2003 renamed Permata Bank). During his career in this bank, he had went through many interesting jobs and areas, i.e. commercial banking - either marketing or credit, foreign exchange trading, business development, special asset management, and human resources. His last position was the head of commercial marketing group who lead the marketing team of commercial banking to win the competition. 

He was also the Supervising Board of Bank Bali's Pension Fund who provided investment guidelines and oversaw the overall performance of the fund (year 2001 - 2002). When the Fund liquidated in the end of year 2002, he involved in the liquidation team as the Supervising Board. 

Jopie earned his bachelor degree (Drs.) in Social & Political Science from Parahyangan Catholic University (UNPAR) – Bandung, Indonesia. He is pursuing his master degree in management from Institut Pengembangan Manajemen Indonesia (IPMI) Jakarta, Indonesia and a MBA degree from Monash University Australia.

Jopie Jusuf is married to Trigeany Linggoatmodjo and have two children.
